Jeremy Martin - Managing Director
Jeremy has grown up in the area attending local Christian brother’s school Waverley College and Graduating from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Land Economics.
Jeremy commenced his career in Property Development however, after recognising that there wasn’t a local agent to cater to the needs of the emerging market Jeremy opened the first South Sydney Realty office.
Jeremy was committed to putting together a unique team of people that had expertise in the South Sydney area. Over the last 5 years South Sydney Realty have handled the sale and leasing of some of the majority of properties within Zetland and have built a reputation based on hard work, commitment and trust with the residents in the area.
South Sydney Realty’s sole focus is to provide service above the expectations of our customers and make a positive contribution to the community we work within.

Maria Pakis - Director

Stella Skordas - Property Management Trust Accountant
Stella commenced her career in the real estate industry in 1993. From 1993 to 2000 Stella’s role was in Property Management with her portfolio of properties in her care exceeding 1700 at any one time. She is a very organised and dedicated person.
Transitioning from Property Management into Rent Trust Accounting, Stella is responsible for all accounts relating to rental properties including reconciliation of trust account, end of month rent payments to landlords, processing of rental statements to landlords, cheque refunds to landlords and tenants, attending queries relating to all the above areas, settlement of rents to purchasers and processing of receipts excluding rent.
